About the author
M.K. Nabi
Dr Mohammed Kamalun Nabi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce and Business Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia (Central University), New Delhi. He joined Jamia Millia Islamia as a faculty member in the Department of Commerce & Business Studies in 2006. He was elevated to the post of Associate Professor in the year 2018. He has taught Business Law and Corporate Law for the last fifteen years.
Dr Nabi has twenty-seven years of teaching and research experience and supervised nine PhD scholars, and at present, six scholars are pursuing PhD under his guidance. Dr Nabi has eighteen books and eighty-two research papers published in leading journals and periodicals of National and International repute to his credit. He is associated with various journals either as an Editorial or Advisory Board Member. Dr Nabi is a Life Member of the Indian Commerce Association, Indian Accounting Association, and Orissa Commerce Association. In addition to Business Law and Company Law, his other area of interest includes Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour and Retail Marketing.
