Section-wise search: Cases under different Laws have been arranged section-wise in order to make your search easy.
Date-wise search: Apart from section-wise search, cases have been arranged date-wise in descending order, to make your search more easy. Thus, you can find latest case law under a particular section first. However, if it is a Supreme Court Judgment, then it will appear at the top irrespective of date.
Question of law: Cases involving question of law, relevant as on date have been covered. Cases involving mere question of fact have been avoided.
Supreme Court versus other Court’s Judgments: If the issue has been decided by Supreme Court, similar issues earlier decided by High court / Tribunal / Appellate Tribunal, have not been considered.
Multiple cases dealing with similar issue have been clubbed together: There are number of cases where similar issues are dealt with. In such a scenario, cases with similar issues have been clubbed together in order to avoid reporting of multiple cases.
